The owner of this Sebastopol property worked with architect Jim Henderson to design a multi-purpose building with a garage for several cars, stalls, feed and tack rooms for two horses, and a guest house. BCC General Contractors, Inc. built this Sonoma County barn with a ground floor that includes two horse stalls, feed and tack rooms, and a three-car garage. The top floor has a one-bedroom guest apartment with commanding views and its own separate entrance.

This four car garage features true carriage house doors and arched limestone doorways. Commercial stone finishes wrap the wood frame structure which faces a driveway of decomposed granite.
