NeoVac Facility, Santa Rosa
The NeoVac facility in Santa Rosa, CA was built by BCC General Contractors, Inc. from plans using dimensions and sizing in millimeters that were provided by the British designers of this manufacturing process for transparent, conductive, indium-tin oxide-coated plastic film for lighting and touch panels. We converted the metric measurements to American Standard and built the large vacuum chamber manufacturing project from the ground up, including excavation and concrete work, through the complex mechanical and electrical specification conversion to complete the Neovac facility in Santa Rosa, California.

Portal Street Structural Steel
Our Sausalito commercial projects include 70,000 square feet of tenant improvements in an office building that included high-end spaces with sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge to economy space of a more generic nature.
The Earl Baum Center for the Blind in Santa Rosa is a wood frame, concrete on grade office building. The multi-tenant office building shown at right is slab on grade, constructed with structural steel framing with metal stud infill and completed with a standing seam metal roof. BCC General Contractors, Inc. finished the exterior and interior including electrical/mechanical installation in six months from start of construction to finish and occupancy.
